Comcast email going to junk

Good morning @katefo, and thanks for reaching out to us on the Xfinity forums, I hope this message finds you well. I am sorry to hear about the issues you are having receiving email from your mom, but you have come to the right place for assistance with this. Have you tried going to the Xfinity email portal and finding one of the emails in the spam folder and marking it as not spam? If not you can find instructions to do that here.
