Comcast contractors hit my sewer line

The comcast contractors hit my sewer line under my driveway quite some time ago.  We kept having issues over and over with a backup in several rooms.  We had a plumber snake it out then after a few times used a plumber with line cameras.  Our driveway had to be cut open the line repaired and then a concrete patch.  It's obvious from the pictures what happened.  I've tried to call and even follow directions from this forum for reporting with no luck.  Any advice for direct contacts would be helpful

Hi Patricia. We are very sorry to hear about this situation. We can certainly understand how frustrating it must be to deal with repeated sewer backups, plumbing costs, and driveway repairs, especially if the damage may have been caused during construction work.

We definitely want to help get this reported to the appropriate team for review. To get started, could you please send us a direct message with your full name, service address, and any photos, videos, invoices, plumber reports, or other documentation you have related to the damage and repairs? The more information we can provide, the better.

How to send us a direct message:

Click "Sign In" if necessary.
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon.
Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon.
In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support."
As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
Press Enter to send it.

Once we receive your message, we'll gather the necessary details and work to get this in front of the correct team for investigation.
