Comcast contractor wants to bore in my yard

A contractor for Comcast is indicating they are going to bore in my yard to install a new line. Someone needs to show me a utility easement that allows him to go 35 feet from the road into my yard. No one has notified me of anything concerning this issue. I need someone to call me at [Edited: "Personal Information"] tomorrow which is Friday, December 8,2023

or email me at [Edited: "Personal Information"].

my address is [Edited: "Personal Information"]

@Rwstjohn75 Thanks for reaching out. I'd be more than happy to reach out to the local team so they can reach out to you and clear this up. In order to get started can you please send me a private message to Xfinity Support with your full name and full address by clicking the chat icon in the top right?

You have to reach out to the team, as we're not listed.

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it
