Comcast broke contract

Comcast interrupted my service causing me to lose clients and revenue. I consider this a breach of contract on their part. After spending 5-7 hours chatting with agents  only to get a real person Alysia who laughed at me during the call and disconnected me, enough cause to leave and have them pay me penalties
