Coaxial Cable outlet in living room damaged/not working

I recently moved to new appartment. Coaxial outlet in living room and one of bedroom is not working/may be damaged. Wifi covergage is really bad when I connect xfinity gateway in one of room where it is working. Tried to contact customer support over chat but no luck so far. Any suggestion who can help?
