@user_157hjq Congratulations on moving into your new home! I would be more than happy to set up an appointment to have one of our technicians help install an outlet for you. Please send a direct message by clicking the chat icon in the upper right corner of the page, click on the pen and paper icon, then enter “Xfinity Support” in the “To” section.

Hello @user_ms7p0n, post, replies, and comments can take up to 48 hours to filter into the queue of a specialist. We would be more than happy to help schedule a technician to come out to your property to activate an outlet. Just sned our team a direct message with your full name and service address to get started.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
 Click "Sign In" if necessary
 Click the "Direct Messaging" icon
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
 - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
 - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
 Press Enter to send it.
