The concern is not "Home Security Devices And Equipment" help related........... Topic moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
Hi there, @user_l8qq2t. Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Community Forum. We can help! To get a coaxial outlet installed in an apartment, we would need to have written consent from the leasing office for the tech upon arrival. Our technicians do not do wall fishing, so there would also need to be accessible lines to pull in either through a drilled hole to the outside of the apartment or existing lines inside the building. The cost is $100.
Please send a direct message to us including your full name and complete street address.
Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
1-Click "Sign In" if necessary.
2-Click the "Direct Messaging" icon.
3-Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon.
4-In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support".
5-As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
6-An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
7-Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
