Claim for Internet Modem Marked as Delivered but Not Received

Hello, I am contacting you to report an issue with my order. The system shows that my internet modem was delivered, but I never received it.

I kindly request the following:

  1. That an investigation be opened for a missing or undelivered package.

  2. That this equipment be removed from my account, as it is not in my possession.

  3. That a replacement be sent at no cost or the shipment be rescheduled.

I can provide any additional information you may need, such as my address, the marked delivery date, or the order number. Thank you for your assistance in resolving this matter.

How to Send Us a Direct Message:

  1. Click "Sign In" if necessary.
  2. Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or visit Xfinity Direct Messaging.
  3. Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon.
  4. In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support".
  5. As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
  6. An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
  7. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
  8. Press Enter to send it.
