Clackamas Oregon outage 13Jan2024

Storm related outage reported at about 10 am on Sat, text msg said service expected to be back by 6 pm.  It is now Tuesday (16Jan) about 15:30, no service. Automated response give no ETA.  Power has been on since Sat at 15:30

We appreciate you reaching out today for your interruption concerns. You can use the Xfinity app to sign up to be notified with any updates, and the resolution for your interruption. We currently see the same status updates as you, but we are here if you need us in the future.

Hi there! I’m experiencing the outage too - going on day 4 and work from home - I’ve been using my cellular hot spot through ATT for now but it’s not sustainable and continues to cut out. 

Is there a way to get a reasonable update on when teams will be working on the issue or any updates at all in timeframe for a resolution? Thank you!
