Check the status of cancellation request

It has been a week that I called to cancel my service but didn't see any update in my account. How can I check the status of the cancellation. Direct message in the community?

Good evening cxbccc. I will be happy to assist you further. I do have a couple questions to better understand the situation. When you set up the disconnection how did you do so? Was it over the phone, online, or at a store? Have you received a confirmation email, confirming that we had received your disconnection request?

Hello Jon,

I did that via phone. Received a confirmation email saying that the disconnection request is received. But there is no date in that email, which should be last Monday 6/15/2026, the day I called. There is also no action over this week to really disconnect the service.
