Check on Node Work / Maintenance Ticket
I have been having internet issues now for over 4+ months already, 20+ calls to xfinity help, purchased all new top of the line equipment, and have had two different technicians out. They finally have pinpointed the issues to why my internet constantly drops connection and picks back up (every other second). The tech who came out said it was an issue with the node for my neighbors and I and that 2 of the 4 cables or whatever are not working correctly and delivering signal. This issues is not with my home's node but the node for the neighborhood / area. He put in a maintenance request to have the lines fixed but said that it could be a day or 6 months for the work to be completed. I have not been able to find a way to track this request, follow up on it, push it forward, etc. I am obviously not going to continue the service if this is what the expected experience is. Does anyone know of a way to track or escalate these types of tickets?
Thanks!

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to actual Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
