Why is it so hard to chat with a LIVE PERSON!?!? Your chat assistant keeps trying to help and WONT CONNECT ME TO A AGENT. Beyond frustrating

I just need help knowing how to upgrade my services so I can use Xfinity as a TV Provider to watch football

Perfect, we can help with that, as a huge football fan, both real and fantasy, I can understand the desire to be able to watch football. Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address?
