I was in a payment arrangement and the payment was scheduled to come out on the 6th of this month I had an online chat with an agent prior to that date and asked for an extension and was advised that the extension was granted for next week i come home today and my internet is off. I called customer care and they are telling me that they can’t give me the extension for next week

I can definitley see how that would be an issue, and we want to ensure this is sorted for you @user_puswm4. When it comes to payment arrangements, they are only able to be set up for a maximum of 21 days from when the arrangement is first set up, and no more than 15 days past the date your account is set to be interrupted. What date did you originally reach out to have the arrangement set up?
