Charges
I keep getting emails telling me I need to pay my bill to avoid impact on my credit score. For one I no longer have cable or phone services with you. And for two I didn't sign up for a new phone with you guys. I have t-mobile for all my devices right down to the modem. So why am I getting charged for something I don't have and never signed up for? This is tge reason why i am no longer with you guys because you be charging people for things they never signed up for.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
