Charged for free rewards movie
On 7/31 I ordered a gold rewards movie ( Sing 2) as I have previously done with no charge for any of the rewards movies I was offered. I looked through the email again and it said nothing about incurring a fee. Last night I received an email charging me $14.99.
WHY???!
