Changing Plans After ACP Ends
Hello! I've been attempting to try and find a different plan to switch to for my internet since ACP is over. I know this is usually doable on the website but it's not actually loading any of the different plan information for me and when it did load it last week, it included my ACP credit into the final price point so I was having issues with understanding the true final cost. I currently have a $60/month 1200mbps plan that I use a $30 monthly credit on, so the price for this high of a speed is affordable to me. I'm hoping to try and find a replacement plan that still has relatively high speeds at the same final cost of $30/month.
I remember being able to get a similar issue resolved last year when I needed to change my plan by connecting to a customer service rep via the chat function, but I think a forum post needs to be made first so hopefully this works. Or someone just has a link to a plan like that that I can actually utilize. Please don't tell me to try a different browser or to open incognito mode for the website to load the plans because trust me I've tried it all, that part of the xfinity website is just broken 99% of the time for me.
