Changing internet plan online

I want to possibly add unlimited data to my plan. I want to see my options online. I am unable to access the change my plan page. The change my plan page tells me I cannot do it online, but that can't be right. I want to see all available options without having to go through a salesperson.

i’m trying to change my services and online just freezes and wait time in ijine is ages with multiple automated hoops.. feels like a scam by comcast that should be investigated

I emailed an email address I found on the corporate Comcast site. It doesn't seem like support is serious about fixing their glitchy website that doesn't even allow you to shop offers or plans. That's not how you retain customers, in my opinion. So, I let the board of directors for Comcast know of the issue. We'll see if they reply. Worst case, they won't reply and the website will still be awful...which is the same result as contacting support anyway.
