Changing Delivery/Shipping Date

Hello, 

I just signed up for xfinity internet service and thus am having the equipment (router etc...) shipped to me. Currently, I have it scheduled to be shipped September 4th and delivered on the 6th but I actually get to move in a bit earlier and want to change the shipping/delivery date. How do I do this?

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list that appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send it
