Changing account owner due to divorce
I am currently the account owner on me and my ex husbands comcast account. We are now divorced, and he will solely be responsible for the house & utilities. I need my name off the account, and his name put on it. I have been unsuccessful in reaching any live agent in order to send in the needed documentation. I am trying to ensure that you keep him as a customer and I do not just cancel my account outright, but the process is extremely cumbersome. Please find me a quick, and simple solution. Do not send a link that goes back to the main page. Do not tell me to send a "direct message" when there is no option to do so. Thanks.
