Change the shipping date for my Getting Started Kit

Hello, I have had to adjust my move-in date for my new rental, and I would like to change the shipping date I selected for the Getting Started kit so that it does not arrive before I am able to move in. Is this possible?

Hey there @aelizabeth and thank you for your submission. We are happy to investigate your account to see what options we have for your Getting Started Kit. Please send us your full name and complete address in a Direct Message. Here are the steps for doing so:

"Search for Xfinity Support" won't work. To send a "Direct Messaging" message to Xfinity Support:


 • Click "Sign In" if necessary


 • Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://comca.st/3x8J1SR


 • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon


 • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there


 •  - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list


 •  - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line


 • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window


 • Press Enter to send it
