Change service start date

I have recently started a new service, however I forgot to mention my move in date wouldn’t be until a week from today. Is there a way I can push the delivery date for the equipment to be a few days later?

  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
