change plan

Hi Xfinity Support,

I’m an existing Xfinity internet customer and my past offer has ended. I saw a 1 Gig Xfinity Internet offer for $70/month that includes WiFi Gateway, unlimited data, and a 5-year price guarantee.

However, when I log into my current account, the 1 Gig plan only shows $100/month. 

Could you please help me switch to the $70/month 1 Gig plan with WiFi Gateway and unlimited data included, or apply a loyalty/retention discount to match that offer? Otherwise I will have to consider switching the supplier.

To send a "direct message" / "private message" message to Xfinity Support:
 • Click "Sign In" if necessary
 • Click the "Direct Message" icon
 • Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon
 • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
 • As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
 • An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
 • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
 • Press Enter to send it
