Why is it so [Edited: "Profanity"] hard to change my tv package? Website gives a complete runaround and refuses to make real changes

Thank you for reaching out @groverbird It may be giving you an issue if you are currently in a bundle pricing. Have you tried to change your internet package (or selecting the same tier) and then TV?

Tried every option the site asked. Did not allow me to progress anywhere past the selections. Continued efforts simply caused the site to lock into an endless loop and eventually would deny access even with a valid login. Even went as far as saying my @comcast.net address was not recognized! PUT REAL PEOPLE BACK IN CHARGE AND LEAVE THE AI JUNK TO TIKTOK!

Comcast's attitude is reflected in the fact that suggested feedback to your post only offers "like", not a down vote! Typical Comcast arrogance.
