Due to covid our family funds are depleting. I want to change my plan to an internet/phone one. I barely watch any TV on comast and use a bunch of streaming services. Also need to keep internet for my kid and my business so I can work from home.
Whenever I try to change plans it just says "We're Sorry" pretty sure you are not sorry. Is there anyway to get help changing my plan without having to deal with someone on the phone. The experience with comcast over the phone is highly aggravating and takes forever!
