Change of Delivery Address for New Service Kit
Hello, I was just recently approved for an apartment. While the address for the service is correct, I do not want the items to be delivered before my move-in-date. I would much prefer to have the items delivered to my current residence or have the ability to pick up my products via an Xfinity retailer near me. Is there any way I can get this modified?

Hi there @dowens22 ! There are certainly options to pick up in store and in some cases, change the delivery address. We can check out your options! Please send a direct message to us by clicking the chat icon in the upper right corner of the page, click on the pen and paper icon, then enter “Xfinity Support” in the “To” section.
