Change my xfinity ID username to something else

Please give me a link to the page where I can do this. I have tried your AI agent and it keeps thinking it is a password issue and it is not. I want to change the username from the old one to a new one. That is all.

Is the one you posted this under the old one, or is it a new one?

What you see is the auto generated forum username. My xfinityID username is what I want to change - the one that is used to login to our xfinity accounts.

In order to change your Xfinity ID Username, it would require creating a new one, and then if you wanted you could delete the old one. Here is some information on how to do so. Please let me know if this helps.

@XfinityJon​ Hi, thanks the reply. It looks like, in order for me to create a new one, I would need a new mobile number to tie the new ID to right? There is no way for me to create a new xFinity ID Username right now as it verifies my cell then the address, then it gives me the current info, even when I select it is not me, it keeps looping me back to the current xFinity ID.
