Cell phone upgrade

Xfinity is the worst company I ever had to deal with and they mistreat their customers. I am going to contact the Better Business Bureau and let them know about Xfinity’s price gouging practices. Throughout the years, I have paid thousands of dollars towards my bills with them and every single month. I moved recently and was charged several fees making one months bill almost $800 which I paid $600 towards. I went to upgrade my cell phone, which was paid off in two years and I always paid my bill and they refused to give me any type of credit. They know that I would pay it every month, but they still refused because of one month. I paid $600 towards that one month but the reason why I didn’t pay the other 200 is because I’m trying to have the fees waived. It’s ridiculous to be charged that much money in one month. I’m going to tell everybody all over the Internet and all my friends and family to not use Comcast and switch the Verizon. I’m sure Verizon knows how to treat their customers. I absolutely despise this company and advised nobody to use them.

hi my name is[Edited: Personal Information], I am having several issues with my cell phone and my cable. With the Xfinity services for years I paid 260 and suddenly my bill became $100 more expensive plus I had all these premium channels at it that I didn’t ask for I repeatedly asked for it to be taken off and get some credits for that and I never did. I was sent three modems I sent you them back and I was charged for those other ones and I didn’t get credit. I moved from one apartment to the other and suddenly I get this $700 bill and I had to pay it in installments. I sent Xfinity money every month but the last few months the bills have been outrageous so I’ve been trying to pay them off. This is especially since I moved, and I asked for some credits on the moving fees and the cable technician, but I was denied. I paid my cell phone off every month for two years straight two cell phones and I no longer owe anything. Because I had a couple bad months with moving and everything and I still sent money every month all of a sudden I can’t get any type of credit for upgrading cell phones even though I’ve been with the company for years and now I have to get a cell phone with Verizon. Executive resolutions said they cannot do one thing for me with the upgrade
