Caused problems instead of fixing them

I changed from a business to residential account bc I retired. Residential package was supposed to include a tv streaming box that the first installer didn’t know about/bring/install. Second installer came yesterday- apparently with no one telling him what he was there to do - ran an unnecessary cable to “install internet” that we already had - which now needs buried, but worst of all, [Edited: “Profanity”]  up our DISH connection so now our TV’s don’t work!!! So now I have to call DISH to come of to fix what he [Edited: “Profanity”] This is in addition to being disconnected while on hold 2 separate times while calling for these services and “chatting” with agents who have no reading comprehension and are absolutely useless. Great job, Xfinity (sarcasm). Zero stars.

The concern is not related to Xfinity Compliments................... Topic moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

@user_ya8jrf Thanks for reaching out to us via Forums. I would be more than happy to review your account to see what we can do to get you this streaming box and get that line buried.
