Car Accident w/Xfinity Driver

Hello,

On 10/25, I was in an accident involving someone driving an Xfinity van (last name Dzenzel). He sped out in front of me - turning across the lanes without any warning, going the opposite direction - I slammed on my breaks, but we still made contact, as it was too late. I filed a police report and have been in contact with their insurance, but the Xfinity driver has still yet to get back to me/their insurance. Can you all please provide me with an update, given it was one of your vehicles?
