Can't view available plans that are without Xfinity Voice
Hello! I am interested in viewing plans that are available to me without Xfinity Voice.
I do not have an option to remove Xfinity Voice online when I go to "Change Plan" and the chat agent told me they are not able to remove it online.

Thanks for reaching out! I apologize you are unable to see available plans that don't include Xfinity Voice. We can take a look for you. Please send us a direct message.
To send a "Direct Message" message:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
