Can't upgrade internet for bulk tenants via website

Hi,

 

I'd like to upgrade my internet service speed. When I follow prompts on the website I eventually end up on this page:

 

https://www.xfinity.com/learn/landing/bulk-tenant

 

Which never loads.

I would like to BUMP this question. I am trying to access my plan and I get the same error. The page never loads. I get some services from my community and some i have upgraded.

Same problem here. I'm literally trying to give xfinity more money to upgrade but the page won't load

I am having this same problem, I am trying to change my plan as well as move and I cannot get past this page
