Can't reconnect to agent

It keeps saying that It appears I'm already in a chat with an agent and won't let me connect. Why is this app made like this ,we get disconnected by an agent then can't reconnect and just won't have no way of contacting yall. Yall already make it hard to get in touch with an agent on the phone like im really thinking about switching services, xfinity is annoying. The app needs to be fixed ,the calls need to be made easier, everything needs fixing. We can't even get in touch with yall without paying our past due first so how would we get in touch if it's about the past due . Just trash!!! AT&T looking real good as of lately.
