Can’t pay due to COVID

I have an upcoming payment arrangement coming up on the 9th ,I’m not going to be able to pay the full payment amount . I have been out of work more then half the year due to Covid . Anything that can be done so I’m not shut off?

Apologies for the issue and the experience that you described above. 

As a courtesy, we have credited back any late charges, reactivation fees and data overage charges incurred over the past 24 months, plus an additional small credit for your loyalty.


I hope that helps in making the overall balance due more manageable.

Those credits will post overnight and will be available to view in My Account.
