Can't make changes online. Looking to change services.

Hello - my contract is up and my bill has skyrocketed. I am looking to make changes, but the options are limited on the website (only internet and mobile?).

I have had success making changes via this forum before. Can someone please reach out?

Hi there, @user_71sc29! Thanks for reaching out to us here on the community forum! That is odd that the full array of options isn't showing! Just to be sure you are in the right place, when going in to check out new service options, you want to make sure you are logged in with your primary XFINITY ID and browse over to our easy-to-use plan builder here: https://www.xfinity.com/planbuilder

We can also assist manually though, so no worries! Please send a direct message to us by clicking the chat icon in the upper right corner of the page, click on the pen and paper icon, then enter “Xfinity Support” in the “To” section. Please include your full name and complete street address. Thanks!
