@user_14p70o  did you make sure you created your Xfinity ID https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/create-xfinity-username to gain access to log into your new account?

We can most certainly help you gain access to the Xfinity ID so you can see all the features that comes included such as our Xfinity Rewards program. Are you using the third-party email address or phone number that you used to sign up as the log in ID or using the newly created Xfinity ID?
