Can't get though to Xfinity prepaid card support

While trying to contact the Xfinity prepaid card support number at 1-866-385-8392, after inputting the 16 digit card number the automated call kept resetting and would not progress. So I cannot dispute a transaction that declined, but is still labeled as pending.

Xfinity Prepaid Internet service is a pay-as-you-go option for customers who may not be able to get our services through our traditional subscriptions or wish to prepay for services.

The account holder should be able to visit https://my.xfinityprepaid.com/ for self-service options such as refills, activation, and account maintenance. I can't get anyone to actually help me with my prepaid card either. The number on the back is just an automated response. And I've tried reaching out to multiple representatives without luck. My prepaid card issued in January will not work anywhere. It's ridiculous. I wish they'd just give me a credit on my bill and be done with it!
