Can't get Reward of Peacock Premium to "attach" to my existing 'free' Peacock account

I had a Peacock Premium Plus account prior to July 26th. It reverted to the 'free' level after July 26th.

I am a Platinum-level rewards Xfinity subscriber, and therefore eligible for a Peacock Premium (not Plus, I understand) account.

In my Rewards section of my Xfinity account, it lists the Peacock Premium reward as an item under "My Activity," and when I click on it, it says "Claimed." And then suggests the chatbot for more info. The Chatbot is useless, of course, and I still have no way to link my existing Peacock account with my Xfinity reward.

How can I have my Peacock account 'upgraded' to a Peacock Premium account? All the forums and help articles say to send a direct message to support, but the direct message function no longer seems to exist.

Thank you.

Hey there, @iansays If you’d like to keep Peacock Premium Plus, you can redeem a limited offer from Peacock to continue watching. To redeem this, you’ll need to contact Peacock Customer Support directly. Here is a link with the contact details, https://www.peacocktv.com/help/article/contact-us-in-customer-service.

Hey @user_d65312. To upgrade to the Peacock Plus service, you would need to remove your subscription from us that you get at no cost. There isn't any way to upgrade to the Plus with the service from us. You would need to cancel that, then subscribe to Peacock directly, and upgrade there. Hope this information helps.
