Can't Get Anywhere with Xfinity After Being a Customer for Over 37 Years [Edited]

I have had nothing but problems with xfinity for the past year and a half. I have been a customer for over 37 years. Wherever I go I always choose xfinity. I have been on chat, phone calls and visits to the store for so many hours they would add up to days and still not getting anywhere.  Does anyone know how I can get in touch with Tom Karinshak President and chief officer of comcast?
