Can't get a problem fixed or reach a live representative

I have a billing problem that I can't get fixed with xfinity online chat. It's been impossible to reach a person at xfinity. I'm considering leaving n9w, because I feel xfinity really does not care enough to talk to its customers.

I believe I did that a few times already, only to get chatted by who knows what. My question was not anserwed nor was my prob lem resolved. Why not just pick up the phone and talk to your customers? It's nerve-wracking to chat with what ever it's supposed to be.  Is there a person who can fix my billing issue availiable?

I think this service is poor! Not helpful at all.

I have the same issue. Xfinity doesn't seem to want to talk to or help their customers in person. I was on hold to get a technician to come out and the call was "disconnected" aka the person hung up on me. The customer service is terrible.

I have called 7 times and each time a representative tells me I have to pay cash in person but the problem originated with xfinity when they just took off my auto pay and I had no idea

The customer service reps are nice but nothing I mean nothing ever get accomplished and then when i went into the store to complain in Willowbrook, [Edited: "Personal Information"] was the rudest person I have ever dealt with, I think this happens all the time and they are just tired of dealing with it.

I like xfinity for my TV but I need my problem resolved and no one can do it when I asked [Edited: "Personal Information"] to speak with the manager he said he did not have one

I am lost and do not know what to do or trust anybody to get things done
