Can't find coaxial outlet
Hi, I can't find the coaxial outlet in my apartment I just moved into. The owner said he isn't sure if my particular apt has one. How would I find out if it does and if it doesn't, how would I get one installed?

Hi @user_1cb4d6 Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us through Xfinity forums! Oh no! How concerning! If there was Xfintiy service there before there should be a coaxial outlet. I would recommend checking in places that don't seem obvious like closest. I know it's strange but we have seen them there before.

The concern is not "accessibility / disability" help related.............................. Topic moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

@user_1cb4d6
Since you are in an apartment building you will need to get a hold of the apartment manager to get this work done.
