Sign in to xfinity.com as the Primary User.
Click the **Account** icon.
Select **Account and Identity**.

Scroll down and click **Remove user**.
Confirm by clicking **Remove** again.
Note: Only the Primary user can perform this action, and all settings and preferences for the user will be erased.
