To delete a Xfinity ID for a Manager, Member, or Viewer, follow these steps:
  1. Sign in to xfinity.com as the Primary User.
  2. Click the **Account** icon.
  3. Select **Account and Identity**.
  4. Scroll to **Account Details** and click the name of the user you want to remove.
  5. Scroll down and click **Remove user**.
  6. Confirm by clicking **Remove** again.
Note: Only the Primary user can perform this action, and all settings and preferences for the user will be erased.
