Exposed cable wires

The cable box has been open for weeks and the wires are exposed and running along my backyard

To send a Direct Message:

 

Ensure you are logged in

  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
    • As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
    • An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it.

I tried to send the direct message first and it keeps giving me an error message.

Just to check a few things, make sure you are signed into your account on our Forums, and the option to send a direct message should become available in the upper right corner, and as well to send a direct message to our Xfinity Support team, and not to a user directly.
