Can't create Xfinity Id
When trying to create a new xfinity id I am met with "This information doesn't match our records
Try again or contact us and one of our agents will be happy to help you" after I input the code that it sent to my phone number. I have an existing account but every link I try to click on when logged into it is "You don't have access to complete this action" or a 404 error. Unsure how to proceed.

Please send a direct message by clicking the chat icon in the upper right corner of the page, clicking on the pen and paper icon, and then entering “Xfinity Support” in the “To” section.
