Can’t change plan on-line
I can’t change my plan on-line. It directs me to call customer service. This is message;
We couldn't find what you are looking for. Please call 1-800-XFINITY and one of our friendly and knowledgeable representatives can help.
I prefer to do on-line as I can see what I’m signing up for and don’t have issues understanding reps.

If you do not wish to deal with the employees here of the forum, the only other choice to deal with live people is to go to your local service center.

I have no issue with forum members, its the people who answer the phones, often seem to be in another country and hard to understand.
