Can't change anything in personal info

I've recently changed my mobile number and email, after that every time I'm trying to make any changes such as add a payment method, this message would pop up: We need to verify your contact information to keep your account secure. Make sure to add your phone number and email address if you haven't already.

Hello @user_4mf6l4, referring to the phone number and email. Have you tried logging out of the account and then back in? Can you try turning the two-step verification off then back on?
