Can't add unlimited data

Hi. I've been trying to add unlimited data to my internet plan but I keep getting a "Temporarily unavailable" page when trying to click any link trying to add unlimited data.

I know how important it is to add unlmited data.  I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing issues.  Rest assured you've reached the right place.  I would be happy to look into this for you and I'm happy you reached out to our Digital Care team. Can you private message me your address and name?

To send the requested information:

  • Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "Direct Messaging" icon
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support"

      there. As you are typing a drop-down list appears.

  • Select "Xfinity Support" from that list. An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it
