Can’t add sports pkg to my subscription

I am not the above user. This is the only way that I can communicate with you people. I absolutely can not add the sports package before this weekend no matter what I have tried to do. I absolutely need someone to email me directly at [Edited: "Personal Information"] today so I know how to add college football games and not just the NFL by adding the sports pkg. If I absolutely do not get a personal response instead of AI or a bot, I will stream them instead and never get your sports pk. ever again. Not only that, but I will cancel my cable subscription and only go with streaming, period. I am not joking. Answer me today, or else. Now!!! [Edited: "Personal Information"]

Hello @user_b3c3ul, and thank you for reaching out here on our Xfinity Community forums.

I can understand how frustrating it must be to have difficulty adding the sports programming you want, especially with college football games coming up this weekend.

We would be happy to review your current services and discuss the available options for making your desired programming changes. Please send us a Direct Message* with your full name and complete service address so we can securely access your account and assist you further.
