Can’t Activate Peacock included with service

I am trying to activate the Peacock account provided for me by Xfinity. I have tried using multiple email addresses to do so and each time I get the same message “ Your Xfinity account is already linked to another Peacock account. I have tried Peacock Support with no luck.

Did you also get a chance to try out the 'Forgot Password' to receive a new link at the correct login email?

The email used for Peacock is often an older email on the account. It is possible that it is not an email you use all the time. We recommend trying all emails. Have you tried reaching out to Peacock to have them help with obtaining your login details?

The email I used for Peacock is my main Comcast email that I’ve been using for the past 12 years. I provided a list of all of my email addresses I could to Peacock. I instructed them to make sure all of the emails were unlinked from Peacock, and I would reregister. They were of no help and told me to contact Xfinity Support. I’ve been going back and forth between Peacock and Xfinity. One of the teams should be able to fix my issue
