Can't activate Netflix

Since 9/11 Netflix Peacock and Apple tv accounts were suspended without notice. I got and email with the activation links and was able to activate Peacock and Apple tv. Now I can't activate Netflix every time I try I get this message "We’re sorry, your account isn’t eligible for this Netflix offer" I have had the service for the past 3 months it is definitely part of my package.

Hello user_spuipg. Please check your billing statement on your Xfinity account and make sure that you see Netflix is being billed there. If it is not, please contact Netflix and see.

This is an Xfinity issue not a Netflix issue. I went in person to the store and spoke to an agent. This is affecting a lot of your customers I was told. It was explained to me that you guys are working on a fix. <Edited: Solicitation> I wish the representatives of this company will give clients the right information of the bat. Instead of putting people to run on a wild goose chase because they don't have the right information. Don't call Netflix
