Can't Activate Gateway
Hello,
Our house is struggling to activate our Gateway. None of the coaxial cables in the house seem to work and the flashing light never turns white. I've tried troubleshooting the issue with Xfinity Assistant and also a live agent, which were both unhelpful. I'm interested in potentially scheduling a service visit to our house, but can't find where I'm supposed to do that.
We are students and urgently need wifi to do stuff, so a quick resolution would be much appreciated. Thanks.

If you ever don't have time to reach out for assistance, using the internet troubleshooting options through the Xfinity App will recommend a technician visit, and walk through the set-up process if the issue isn't able to get resolved remotely during the troubleshooting.
